Join MKT and Chef Jenny Dorsey for a dinner designed to challenge your assumptions and excite your palate! Chef Jenny's menu will pull inspiration from cutting-edge molecular gastronomy techniques and old-school Vermont farms and food producers. Her menu will be creative, exciting and unique while featuring local meats, crisp veggies, early summer fruits, creamy cheeses, fresh-baked breads, and playful desserts. This four course dinner will be fun, but not fussy as we dive into a discussion on the Future of Food. Our partners at Windham Food & Farm will supply us with the best local fare available and a local farmer will plan to join us at the table to talk about Vermont’s traditions, challenges and future role in new-age agriculture and culinary arts.
This event will take place on Saturday, June 17 at MKT: Grafton, located at 162 Main Street, Grafton, VT 05146. Reservations are required and two 12 person seatings are available. The first seating is at 5:30 p.m. and the second seating is at 8:30 p.m. Cost is $85 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Wine by the glass or a flight of pairings will be available.
The final menu is a surprise, built around the best produce and meats available that week. A vegetarian menu will be available, but must be requested when making your reservation.
