Join MKT and Chef Matthew Harker for a dinner designed to warm you soul and belly. Featuring local meats, root vegetables, creamy cheeses, fresh-baked breads, and rich desserts, this four course dinner will be unforgettable. Chef Matt will create gorgeous plates of local goodness and fill the evening with lots of little surprises. Our partners at Windham Food & Farm will supply us with the best local fare available and plan to join us at the table to talk sustainability, farming, and why slow food just tastes better.
This event will take place on Saturday, January 14 at MKT: Grafton, located at 162 Main Street, Grafton, VT 05146. Reservations are required and two 12 person seatings are available. The first seating is at 5:30 p.m. and the second seating is at 8:00 p.m. Cost is $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Wine by the glass or a flight of pairings will be available.
The final menu will be released by January 2 once we know what the best produce and meats available will be. A vegetarian menu will be available, but must be requested when making your reservation.
